Who's let through the gate

Belmorhaven's gate is for adults aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, you may not use the site, and we ask you to leave by the "Not yet 18" link on the gate pass.

You're responsible for checking that using a social casino site with demo slots is allowed where you are, and for following any local law that applies to you. We can't check that for you, and we don't try to.

What the showground holds

Belmorhaven runs as a free social casino, showing demo slots by Pragmatic Play in frames on our game pages, which we call pens, so that adults can play them on demo credits. Real money plays no part in it, first spin to last.

Nothing on the site is for sale. No purchase is ever required, and there's no purchase to make. There are no prizes of any kind, and there are no accounts, balances or profiles held by us.

Three statements that apply to everything here

1. The site and its games are intended for an adult audience only, aged 18 and over.
2. No pen at Belmorhaven offers real-money gambling, and there's no chance of winning real money or prizes anywhere on the grounds.
3. Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Demo credits

The credits you see inside a game frame belong to Pragmatic Play's fun mode. They're demo credits with no monetary value. They can't be bought. They can't be transferred, sold, exchanged or turned into money, and they can't be carried from one pen to another.

Demo credits reset when the frame or the page reloads. We don't hold, record or keep any credit count for you, so there's nothing for us to restore if a frame resets.

Third-party games

The demo slots are Pragmatic Play's own demo builds. They're hosted and controlled by Pragmatic Play and loaded from Pragmatic Play's servers into a frame on our page. We leave them exactly as they arrive.

Pragmatic Play's own terms may apply to your use of the game inside the frame. We don't control whether a demo is available, how it behaves, what it shows or when it changes. A demo may stop loading, change, or be withdrawn by the provider without notice, and if that happens the pen may sit empty until we update the page.

The contact form

The form on the contact page is for questions about the site, demos that won't load, broken links and corrections to the pen notes. It's delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.

Sending a message doesn't create a profile or give you access to anything; there are no accounts here to create. The form isn't a payment channel and can't take payments. It also isn't a support service for gambling problems. If you need that kind of help, the independent organisations listed on our play fair page are the right people to contact.

Acceptable use

Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial play and reading. Please don't:

• try to break, overload or probe the site or the game frames;
• copy the site wholesale, or show our pages inside a frame on another site;
• scrape pages in bulk with automated tools;
• use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful;
• pretend to be someone else when you write to us.

If a message breaks these rules, we may delete it without replying.

Intellectual property

Game names, game artwork, sounds and everything else inside the pen frames belong to Pragmatic Play or to whoever holds the rights to them. Using a game name on our pages doesn't mean we own it.

Our own text, page layout and the SVG artwork drawn for this site, including the pen emblems, the logo and the showground map, belong to Belmorhaven. Linking to any page is fine by us. Please ask before reusing our words or drawings anywhere else.

No warranty

Belmorhaven is put up for you on an as-is, as-available basis, like a showground on the day. We try to keep the pen notes correct and the pages working, but we don't promise that the site or any demo will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free from errors.

The facts in our pen notes are a summary written from the provider's own descriptions. If our notes and the game in the frame disagree, the game in the frame is the final word on how it plays.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Belmorhaven isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or the demo slots, or from not being able to use them. That includes any decision you make about real-money gambling somewhere else.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or takes away any right you have, that can't be limited or taken away under the laws of New Zealand.

Links to other organisations

We link to independent help organisations and to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. We don't run those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them, but we think they're worth a visit if you need them.

Reprints of these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when a pen changes or the law does. The date at the head of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply from that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
